 Nov 16, 2006 I'm Rick Manzano, a Web Designer slash photographer. ProjectManila.com is about my exploits in the Metro and other places I've been to. It's my heroic (coughs) attempt to save Manila; my personal project to change how people perceive Manila. Hence, the name Project Manila. It's all about my bittersweet relationship with this crazy city, captured in photos. Two people can look at the same thing and see it entirely differently. PROJMLA is how I see things differently.
